Choose Classic for a soft, natural mascara effect; Hybrid for a balanced combination of texture and fullness; or Volume for a fuller, fluffier look. If you are unsure, book the style closest to your goal—we’ll complete a personalized consultation and recommend the safest design for your natural lashes.

How do I care for my extensions?

Clean your lashes daily with a lash-extension-safe cleanser, rinse thoroughly and gently pat them dry. Brush them with a clean lash wand when dry, and avoid rubbing, pulling or picking. Keeping the lash line clean helps support eye hygiene and keeps extensions fluffy and untangled

Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?

Yes, but avoid regular mascara—especially waterproof mascara—and heavy or oily products around the lash line. Choose products specifically labeled safe for lash extensions and remove makeup gently without rubbing or using cotton fibers that can snag the extensions.

Can I receive extensions if I have sensitive eyes or allergies?

Please contact us before booking if you have experienced adhesive allergies, significant sensitivity, current irritation or a previous reaction to lash extensions. A sensitivity test may be recommended, but it cannot guarantee that a future reaction will not occur. We cannot perform the service if the eye area is currently swollen, infected or significantly irritated.

Can I wear contact lenses during my appointment?

Please remove contact lenses before the service because your eyes will remain closed throughout the appointment. Bring glasses or a contact-lens case and solution. If you regularly wear glasses, bring them so we can select a length that will not rub against your lenses.

Can I swim, shower or exercise with lash extensions?

Yes. Once your adhesive’s recommended curing period has passed, you can shower, exercise and swim. After exposure to sweat, chlorine or salt water, cleanse and rinse your lashes gently. Your artist will provide the specific aftercare instructions required for the adhesive used during your appointment.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive with completely clean lashes and no mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, strip-lash adhesive or oily products around the eyes. Clean lashes allow us to spend your appointment creating your set instead of removing makeup and residue.

How long does a lash appointment take? 

Appointment time depends on the selected style, the condition and number of your natural lashes, and whether you are receiving a full set or fill. Your estimated appointment duration will appear when booking. Please allow enough time so your lash artist can work carefully without rushing.

How often should I schedule a lash fill?

Most clients return approximately every two to three weeks, depending on their natural shedding cycle, lifestyle and home care. Waiting too long may leave insufficient extensions for a fill and require a new full set. Regular fills and daily cleansing help maintain a consistently full lash line.

How much of my lash set must remain for a fill?

A fill requires a reasonable amount of properly attached extensions remaining. If most extensions have shed, are excessively grown out or need substantial correction, the appointment may need to be upgraded to an extended fill or full set. When uncertain, send us a clear photo before booking.our content

Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?

Properly selected and professionally applied extensions should not damage healthy natural lashes. We customize the length, diameter and fullness according to what your lashes can safely support. Picking, pulling, rubbing or wearing extensions that are too heavy can contribute to damage, so professional application and proper aftercare matter.
