Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Luna Beauty Studio! We carefully prepare every order to ensure your products arrive safely and securely.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

U.S. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed. Carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside of Luna Beauty Studio's control.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Orders of $150 or more qualify for FREE Economy Shipping within the United States.

Local Pickup

Complimentary local pickup is available at our Fort Thomas, Kentucky studio for eligible orders.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup notification before arriving.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your shipping label has been created. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact Luna Beauty Studio as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact Luna Beauty Studio if additional assistance is needed.

Luna Beauty Studio is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
