PAYMENT POLICY

Luna Beauty accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. No checks or money orders. All permanent makeup appointments require a non-refundable $50.00 booking deposit to book. This booking fee goes toward your total investment and holds your spot on the calendar.  After selecting a date and time , you will receive instructions for paying your deposit by debit or credit card through the website. Your appointment is not booked until you have paid your deposit.  Please review our cancellation policy below prior to booking.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

We want you to have a great experience! Please read this policy before booking any appointments at Luna Beauty. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and these policies exist to give all clients the absolute best experience possible.  We are so thankful for your business and welcome any inquiries about this policy!

48 hour CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY in full effect . Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before the start of your appointment to avoid being charge. Once you book your appointment, we make arrangements and reserve a 2-4 working hours to dedicate solely to your Lash/ eyebrow transformation. In the case of a cancellation or postponement, we incur significant loss of business for time that could have been booked by another client. Given this fact, we do not accept cancellations, tardiness beyond 30 minutes, or issue refunds under any circumstances for a booking deposit. Rescheduling requests are only accepted latest 48 hours prior the date of your appointment. Once the deposit fee has been paid, remaining balance is fully payable day of your appointment. We reserve the right to charge 50% amount payable for missed appointments. DEPOSIT FEES ARE NON- REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

If you would like to reschedule your appointment you will have to pay another non-refundable deposit to book another date. If you don't call/no show you will be charged for the amount of your missed appointment.

If you are over 15 minutes late to any appointment, you will be asked to reschedule, and the same policies above will apply. This is due to the fact that all clients receive thorough consultations and detailed, precise work. As a result, we will not rush your appointment or others. Luna beauty has the right to cancel any future appointments at their own discretion
